How does restocking work at WYB?
Bins are restocked all day on Friday and Saturday at Where Ya Bin.
Do you know what products are in your bins and the quantities of each item?
We do not take product inventory during each restock so we do not know of all the products that are in our bins along with their quantities. Shopping with us is like a treasure hunt!
Why do you not accept cash?
We find being cashless is the most efficient way to run our business! We accept credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay!
What kind of product do you sell?
You will see a wide variety of items, for example, small appliances, electronics, health and beauty, baby items, shoes and clothing and so much more!
What if I buy something that I don't want or does not work?
All sales are FINAL at WYB. We strongly encourage our shoppers to use our testing station to inspect products before purchasing items since we don't do returns.
Do I need to get a membership or pay an entry fee to shop at Where Ya Bin?
Nope! There is no cost to shop with us.
